Disclaimer
Hivly is unofficial, independent and for information only. Your bill, your contract and the authority have the final word.
Unofficial and independent
Hivly is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), Dubai Municipality, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the Dubai Land Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Salik, Parkin or any other authority or company. Their names are used only to identify whose published figures a page explains.
Estimates, not bills or decisions
Every result on the site is an estimate based on the published tariff or law and the figures you enter. Your actual bill, settlement or rent can differ because of billing periods, estimated meter readings, account-specific charges, the wording of your contract, rounding, or a change to the rules that we have not yet caught. A result from Hivly is never a bill, a quotation, a statement of what you are owed, or a decision by any authority.
Not legal or financial advice
The explanations on Hivly are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or employment advice and do not take your circumstances into account. For a dispute about end-of-service pay, a rent increase, a fine or a bill, contact the authority concerned, MOHRE, the Rental Disputes Centre, or a qualified adviser.
Check before you rely on it
We check figures against official sources and date them, and we correct mistakes when we find them or when you tell us. Even so, before you pay, refuse to pay, sign or dispute anything on the basis of a figure from this site, confirm it with the source linked on the page or with the authority.
No liability
To the extent the law allows, Hivly and its operator accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content. The full terms are in the terms of use.
