Divide psi by about 14.504 to get bar, since one bar is 14.5038 psi. So a 32 psi tyre is about 2.2 bar. The two are close enough that people sometimes treat 1 bar as roughly 14.5 psi for a quick estimate, but the converter gives the exact figure.
What is one atmosphere of pressure?
