Health calculators

BMI, calories, macros and body composition, in metric or imperial, with the formula behind each.

Open the tools 28 tools, all in your browser

These turn the standard health formulas into a quick answer: how many calories you burn in a day, what a sensible deficit looks like, your BMI, or how to split a target into protein, carbs and fat. You pick metric or imperial and get the number, with a note on what it does and does not tell you.

Nothing you enter leaves your browser. Weight, height and age are personal, so the calculators keep them local and store nothing.

Questions about the health calculators

Is my health data uploaded?
No. The calculators run in your browser, so your weight, height and age stay on your device and are not saved.
How accurate are the numbers?
They use the same established formulas as most fitness sites, such as Mifflin-St Jeor for calories. They are good estimates to plan around, not medical measurements. Treat them as a starting point and adjust to real results.
Metric or imperial?
Both. Every calculator switches between kilograms and centimetres and pounds and feet, so you do not have to convert by hand.
Is this medical advice?
No. These are informational tools. For anything that affects your health, check with a doctor or dietitian.
