Frequently asked questions

Should I print a certificate in portrait or landscape?
Landscape is the traditional shape for certificates and is the default here, because it gives the name and title room to breathe across the page. Print it on the heaviest paper your printer accepts, such as card stock, so it feels like a proper award.
Can I add a signature?
Yes. The certificate includes a signature line with a label you set, such as a name or a role. Sign it by hand after printing, which keeps it personal and avoids storing any signature image.
Can I print certificates on card stock?
Yes. Set your printer to the heavier paper weight and feed card stock one sheet at a time if the tray struggles. Card gives the certificate a firmer, more formal feel than plain paper, which matters when it is going in a frame or on a wall.
